We foster community in our city's diverse and evolving neighborhoods by developing affordable and mixed income housing, creating desirable public spaces and building resident prosperity and leadership. We envision a city with a high level of resident engagement in community and civic life where residents of all income levels grow, prosper and feel welcome.
