4 Gerrish Avenue is a $1.6M exterior renovation and interior fit out of the second floor of 4 Gerrish Avenue to improve the exterior façade and create new offices for Chelsea Neighborhood Developers.  CND is the developer/owner; Timberline Construction is the contractor; and Utile is the architect.
